House Rules

To make sure everyone has a pleasant and comfortable stay, please follow our rules:

🏠 General

• Please treat the home with care, as if it were your own.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

🎉 No Parties or Events

• Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed.
• Please keep noise at a respectful level at all times.

🚭 No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
• This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and e-cigarettes.
• Smoking is allowed outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

🐾 Pets

• Small pets only, and only with prior approval.
• Pets must be well-behaved and not left unattended.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets.

🧹 Cleanliness

• Please keep the space reasonably clean.
• Dispose of trash properly before check-out.
